Company was established in the year 1980 as a Proprietorship Concern under the name and style of Vijay Industries by Late. Ram Chandra Sharma. Subsequently in the year 1996 the firm was converted into a partnership firm by Mrs. Bholi Devi, Mr. Vijay Kumar Sharma, and Mr. Ajay Kumar Sharma as founder partners. At present, the management of the company is vested in the hands of Mr. Rajesh Kumar Sharma, Mr. Vijay Kumar Sharma, Mr. Ajay Kumar Sharma  and Mrs. Bholi Devi.
